VAELICO STUDIO, S.L. (“Vaelico”, “we”, “us”) operates vaelico.ai. This page explains what personal data we handle and your rights over it. It’s short on purpose — right now we barely collect anything.
What we collect
Only your email address, and only if you choose to give it to us through our waitlist form. We don’t ask for anything else.
Why we collect it
To let you know when our models launch and to send occasional product updates — nothing more. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who else processes it
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and stores your email in our own database (Cloudflare D1). Also provides cookieless web analytics (aggregate visit counts only, no individual tracking, no cookies).
- Resend — our email delivery provider. It sends the launch and account emails we email you. (US-based.)
We do not sell your data, run ads, or share it with anyone beyond the providers above.
Cookies
We don’t use tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless, so there’s no cookie banner — and nothing following you around.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, export, or stop processing your data at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Spain, that’s the AEPD (aepd.es). To exercise any of these, just email us.
