Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using the Vaelico service (“Service”), operated by VAELICO STUDIO, S.L. It’s part of our Terms of Service. Use of the Service means you agree to it.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate, request, or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law, including content that sexualizes minors in any form.
• Infringe someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights — for example, generating content that impersonates a real person without consent or reproduces copyrighted material without a lawful basis.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence or hatred against individuals or groups.
• Attempt to break, overload, or abuse the Service — including reverse-engineering, circumventing rate limits or usage quotas, probing for vulnerabilities without authorization, scraping the Service at scale, or reselling access without our agreement.
• Use the Service to generate spam, malware, phishing content, or to violate any third party’s terms of service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice depending on severity. We may also remove content that violates this policy. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced to active users.
